Overview
Our on-call engineers can respond to technical queries over the telephone and be available to repair our equipment.
We have an excellent first-time fix rate therefore we will plan to make the repair in our first visit subject to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
KUP can provide services for UPS systems and associated battery systems supplied by KOHLER and are often able to assist on system which are supplied by other manufacturers.
